Bringing Holocaust Education to Life for Middle Schoolers in Jacksonville

Holocaust Education in Middle School

ASHER presented an interactive educational program for middle school students at Martin J. Gottlieb Day School in Jacksonville, Florida. Through hands-on activities, students explored key events leading up to the Holocaust by analyzing photographs, matching historical moments with their descriptions, and collaboratively building a chronological timeline. The program encouraged critical thinking, engagement, and reflection, helping students deepen their understanding of this complex period and the importance of remembering it.
